Return & Refund Policy
We provide a 3-day return policy only for products that arrive damaged or defective. Most products are covered under a No Return Policy unless mentioned on the product page.
Replacement Policy
For confirmed hardware or technical issues, customers can request a replacement within 14 days.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be in original condition with packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
Customers need to pay 5% advance during checkout. The remaining 95% is paid at delivery. COD service is available in selected Indian cities.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before dispatch. Please contact support quickly for cancellation requests.
